Let me start my review by stating that I am a 6ft2 stereotypical biker/viking looking guy and this wouldn't usually be my first genre of choice to read (and I would've totally missed out if I hadn't!)

'Tears of a cowgirl' is a great read! I was sucked in from the very first chapter and found myself switching between holding my breath during the suspenseful parts to wiping away tears during the heartfelt ones!turns out there's a romantic in this guy and now definitely a Jupiter Rose fan

(On a personal note, I love Charlie! Thats the person we all want in our corner)

I loved the energy in THE MONSTER IN ME, a poetry collection by author Jupiter Rose, the raw feeling the author put in, and way that reading each poem felt like an emotional journey.

”I am a thief of many.
I take love where I can find it.
I share a breath for those who can’t breathe.”

Gorgeous poetry that speaks of love and pain and self-reflection. 5/5 stars.

JR’s unique descriptive imagination

“Terror in the Shadows: Buried Secrets”, will certainly surprise many, as it did in my case, touching a very personal, and -maybe wished forgotten- string, or rather closet.Yes, I’m talking about those dreaded skeleton closets, which when opened, may reveal secrets in stark contrast with our cherished, unfortunately fake, memories. This particular book by Jupiter Rose, maybe much more than all I have avidly read before, emphasizes often avoided inter-generational female characters dynamics, in this fortunate case, not at all the frivolously cliché, but of depths brilliantly enhanced by the supernatural realm where the plot takes the reader. And, for those enchanted by the magic of paranormal, witchcraft and the occult, the cauldron’s bubbling brew thickens and sparkles in ways which made me think that maybe some parts of the book, might have been left for JR via some secret, last will of the Great Merlin. The book will challenge, as it did in my case, concepts conditioned by one’s cultural and/or religious upbringing, but not directly, but through the candour of the characters’ own beliefs and connections to life, dimensions and universe. The richness of character types, their particular ways of interactions, will certainly bring me back into the book very soon; I just want to re-live being brought there, in JR’s unique descriptive imagination. My only problem is, not being able to give more than five stars; absolutely recommend.
